Directions
The City of Newberry is located off I-26 between Columbia and Greenville/Spartanburg. When entering Newberry from I-26E (Greenville/Spartanburg) take Exit 72. When entering Newberry from I-26W (Columbia) take Exit 76.
*New Shuttle Service in 2026*
Your best bet for guaranteed parking will be through our free Oktoberfest event shuttle service. Official Oktoberfest shuttles will take you to and from the festival via one of the following three routes. Shuttles will run approximately every 15-20 minutes.
Public Parking
There is minimal FREE public parking within the blocks surrounding the festival area. Parking will not be allowed in closed street areas, or along unmarked side streets leading into the festival area. Those who dismiss this rule will be towed by local law enforcement at the owner's expense. GOLF CARTS are subject to the same parking requirements as all other motorized vehicles and are NOT allowed within the festival area.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking and drop-off will be available in two parking lots with one located at either end of the event. One parking lot is located in the Newberry Reformed Presbyterian Church Parking Lot. The other parking lot is located at the corner of Harrington Street and McKibben Street. Additional spaces may be located by the Newberry County Library, in the parking lots at Friend Street (1400 and 1300 blocks), and behind the Ritz Theater (around 1512 Martin Street).

Route One: Newberry High School (3113 Main Street) to the Founders Federal Credit Union Lot at the event's entrance!

Coming From I-26E (Greenville/Spartanburg):
Route Two: Piedmont Tech (1922 Wilson Road) to the Founders Federal Credit Union Lot at the event's entrance!
